Sunfire announced the worldwide introduction of its powerful, yet budget-friendly Dynamic Series of subwoofers that are able to deliver up to 600 Watts of peak power and an impressive bass line for the most demanding home theater setups out there.

Available in three different sizes, ranging from 8-inch to 12-inch, these subwoofers can deliver between 400W and 600W output power, depending on the model, their effective sound range varying between 32Hz ~ 150Hz and 28 Hz ~ 150Hz achieved by the top of the line SDS-12.

Whatever of the three models you may choose, all Dynamic Series subwoofers come with two Sunfire-designed woofers that are accompanied by an acrostically matched passive radiator, this series being the first Sunfire line built around energy efficient Class-D amplification.

What this means is the subwoofer's output will be dynamically adjusting according to the requirements of the incoming audio signal, this helping Sunfire, as well as the users, achieve impressive energy savings.

Furthermore, a low-power standby mode with signal-sensing power on/off will also help decrease the power consumption of these units.

An 2.4GHz wireless transmitter is available as an optional making this easy to install even in environments where adding another wire isn't possible.

"For the last fifteen years, Sunfire's customers have been obsessed with performance," said Mark Weisenberg, Sunfire General Manager.

"Our new Dynamic Series builds on our pedigree of subwoofer excellence and delivers unsurpassed bass-for-the-buck. Now more enthusiasts than ever will be able to enjoy the Sunfire experience in their homes.

Available for immediate delivery, the SDS-8 lists for $350, the SDS-10 for $450, the SDS-12 for $550 and the optional 2.4 GHz wireless kit for $150.

At these prices, Sunfire's new Dynamic Series subwoofers are definitely worthy of a second look especially considering the great sound quality that is usually associated with this brand. (via Audioholics)
