Designed for high-performance cooling

PC enthusiasts, overclockers and hardcore gamers are always on the lookout for the most high-end components available. These types of end-users are defined by a voracious appetite for the best in computing, memory, graphics and connectivity. This need is not restricted to the system's components alone, as such users also often put special effort in choosing a suitable case. Hoping to provide such consumers with a suitable option, Sunbeamtech has stepped up with its VentMax chassis, which hopes to fulfill end-users' needs for both performance and aesthetics.

Sumbeamtech describes its computer chassis as “designed for high performance cooling […] to suit the needs of our demanding customers.” A good cooling system always enables a computer to survive longer than it would in the absence of a solid airflow and, in the case of overclocked systems, it can make the difference between life and death (the system's, that is).

As such, the VentMax, as its name implies, comes with a variety of fans, five of them being pre-installed. One 120 x 120 x 25 mm Silent Fan is placed at the front, for intake, with another, identical, one installed on the side. There is also an optional, extra 120mm fan for side intake. Exhaust is achieved by an 80 x 80 x 25 mm Silent Fan at the rear and two top 120mm spinners, which are “tri-speed adjustable.”

As far as storage capabilities are concerned, the Sunbeamtech VentMax has three 5.25-inch bays, as well as six 3.5-inch bays, out of which one is external and the rest internal. The case can house motherboards that use the Flex ATX, ATX and Micro ATX form factors and also features a front panel boasting two USB 2.0 ports and outputs of audio and microphone. The case has an extra pair of USB 2.0 ports on top.

The all-black chassis from Sunbeamtech measures 415 (H) x 180 (W) x 415 (L) mm and weighs 5.53kg. The price is still unknown but the product should arrive in stores sometime during the following weeks.
