14 DAY TRIAL // The incident in which Suge Knight was shot last night while in a club in Hollywood prior to the MTV VMAs is still being investigated, as more and more clues and details are coming to light as to what exactly happened. It's now being reported that three people were injured in the shooting.
Although Knight was shot as many as 6 times, he is said to be in a stable condition that allowed him to walk out unaided and even wait the arrival of an ambulance in the back of a police cruiser. Other people weren't so lucky though, as reports the Mirror, claiming that one girl who also got shot is now in critical condition at the hospital.
Later footage shows Suge Knight kneeling by the side of a white Bentley parked just outside the 1OAK club where the shooting occurred and he is surrounded by policemen with their pistols out, trying to protect him in the commotion. Though it's been said that he was shot 6 times, the wounds are not visible on his body.
Several videos both from insider and outside the club have emerged online since the incident was first reported. The videos from inside the club show people scrambling to the floor after the first shots are fired, as someone yells “get down.” A state of complete panic ensues, as people then rush to the door to exit the club.
Videos taken from outside the club show cops arriving in force as the people inside are still pouring out. Officers take out shotguns and pistols and immediately cover the front door, as people spill out with their hands in the air. One officer is heard screaming “Get out of the street!” at the confused party-goers who just minutes ago were dancing and singing.
Among the celebrities that were also in attendance at the party where the shooting took place include Chris Brown, who was presenting on the stage, Justin Bieber and the Jenner sisters.
After Suge was taken to the hospital, he was immediately operated on and he was later reported to be fine. An official statement from his family mentions that Suge is recuperating at the moment, since he lost a lot of blood. They ask for privacy and to keep the Death Row Records founder in your prayers.
Sources from Knight's family have also revealed that Knight took 6 shots, one in the arm and 5 in the stomach. Doctors were able to remove 3 bullets from his body, as the other 3 went straight through.
