Oranged Software, LLC is a company located in Chicago, Ilinois that develops business productivity and other applications for the Mac OS X and Windows operating systems. Studiometry is a product of this company described as being "the best organizational tool for studios and freelancers", and yesterday Orange released an update for it, bringing the current version number up to 4.1.

Using Studiometry, you can easily manage your clients, contacts and projects, as well as creating To Do's or let the program automatically generate invoices for your tracked work and common paperwork.

Obviously, these are not the only things that should be managed by a company or a freelancer, so Studiometry comes with much more than just them - tracked time, expenses, items, all to be invoiced, payments tracking, data sync over the LAN and Internet, the ability to handle multiple employees, set alerts for To Do's or project deadlines and support for multiple currencies with automatic exchange rate updates; these are the last features of this program I will tell you about now, because you should also find out about what's new in the last update...

Compared to previous versions, Studiometry 4.1 has an improved interface, customizable toolbars, built in invoice templates that can be edited using a WYSIWYG editor, enhanced printing capabilities, new employee features, Project Summary tab, improved alerts and networking updates.

The Mac version of this useful software application requires Mac OS X 10.3 or later and is available as a Universal Binary fully compatible with both PowerPC and Intel-based Macs. Studiometry 4.1 is priced at 189.95$, but you can get a 21 days trial from Softpedia right here, so feel free to give it a try!
