14 DAY TRIAL // The suspect in Tuesday's stabbings at the Lone Star college in Texas was apprehended by three students, reports say.
Steven Maida, Erik Bertrand, Ryan Ballard pulled together to stop 20-year-old Dylan Quick, wrestling him to the ground.
According to Daily Mail, they took a photo of the scene, which they are likely to remember for the rest of their lives, and posted it to Instagram.
“His hands were in the air and he said ‘I give up.’ … I was screaming at this guy, I was just like, ‘Why!? Why would you do this to girls!?’” Maida remembers.
As mentioned earlier, Quick used an X-Acto box cutter knife to slash 14 people on campus. He has been taken into police custody and charged with aggravated assault. Two victims have incurred critical wounds and are currently fighting for their lives.
