$1 million (€775,615) for America, for the kids, Colbert says

President Barack Obama was kind to treat Donald Trump’s “major Obama announcement,” which was actually an offer to make public personal documents, for $5 million (€3.8 million), as a joke, but Stephen Colbert has no intention to be nice.

Above is his own offer to Donald Trump. It’s generous and it should mean nothing to Trump, who is so accustomed to making a fool of himself for headlines.

“Mr. Trump, I will write you a check for $1 million [(€775,615) dollars from Colbert Super PAC – you know I've got it – to the charity of your choice. Anything. Save The Children. Feed The Children. Put The Children on Child Apprentice, whatever!” Colbert says.

I can’t put in writing what Colbert would have Trump do for this money but, trust me, whatever you think it is, it’s wrong.

Colbert promises one thing, though: it will for the best of the entire US.

“Nothing would make me happier than to write this check. And nothing – nothing! – would make America happier than to have something going into your mouth instead of coming out of it,” he says.
