The gaming industry certainly has a lot of big video game publishers, including the likes of Electronic Arts or Activision, which dominate the playing field, but other smaller companies like 2K Games also managing to release quality titles thanks to their established franchises.

PC gamers that are also fans of titles from 2K will have a huge surprise if they log on Steam today, as the company announced the release of its 2K Huge Games Pack on the digital distribution service. Containing titles from the Civilization franchise, X-Com or BioShock, the pack is a great deal for any gamer.

Priced at $60, the pack will also receive a discount this weekend, in honor of the Independence Day, making it worth $54. Considering the fact that each of these titles, purchased separately, costs almost $230, you can't get a better deal elsewhere. Here is the complete list of games you will be getting in the Huge Games Pack from 2K:

Sid Meier's Civilization IV; Sid Meier's Civilization III Complete; Sid Meier's Pirates!; Shattered Union; Prey; CivCity: Rome; Civilization IV: Warlords; Sid Meier's Railroads!; Railroad Tycoon 3; Railroad Tycoon II Platinum; X-COM: Terror From the Deep; X-COM: Apocalypse; BioShock; X-COM: Interceptor; X-COM: UFO Defense; X-COM: Enforcer; Civilization IV: Beyond the Sword; Freedom Force; Freedom Force vs. the Third Reich; Sid Meier's Civilization IV: Colonization.

Overall, a great list that will attract a lot of people looking for a bargain on Valve's digital download service. From turn-base strategy titles to first-person shooters and real-world simulators, everyone will enjoy such a pack.

Another title that will be getting a big discount is Bethesda's Fallout 3 RPG, as it will see its price slashed in half, from $49.99 to $24.99, during this weekend, in honor of the American celebration. This weekend, it certainly pays to be a Steam user.
