Sriracha is taking advantage of the bad publicity generated when one of its plants almost got shot down over the smell to launch a new, smelly type of candy.

It will soon be debuting “Sriracha Bacon Lollipop” which could go either way, literally. It will be one of those products that you either really like or really hate.

The Sriracha plant in Irwindale, California almost got closed down, but the negative publicity also generated a buzz, and customers complained about a possible shortage of Lollyphile candy.

The company is currently offering absinthe, breast milk and blue cheese lollipops, which are definitely unique.

The new bacon version will be available as a limited edition, because they already experienced one let down with their line of curried lollipops.

"If they do well, they get to stay on the roster," Lollyphile owner Jason Darling tells The Huffington Post.
