Recent news on the topic of recycling informs us that furniture designer Rene Olivier succeeded in making some very attractive chairs with the help of old tires.
The general public was introduced to these funky pieces of furniture during the London Design Festival, and those who had the opportunity to experiment with them say they are surprisingly comfortable.
The only bad news is that, because they are quite big, they are best used outside the house. Thus, Inhabitat says that these tire chairs would look great either in one's garden, or even in parks.
