Google ads displayed on Maps

MIBAZAAR, a Google Maps blogger, posted a message on his blog to present a new feature discovered in the search giant's product that represents a Google sponsored link displayed on the maps. As you can see in the picture placed after the article, the location of the ad is marked with the logo of the advertiser while all the details are displayed in a popup window similar to the one for the business listings. Although the new function is quite easy to access and useful, let's hope that Google will limit the adverts included on Google Maps because it can become too difficult to use.

This is not the first time when Google conducts an ad test because numerous Internet users recently discovered a flash based advert owned by the search giant. In the past, several companies accused Google because it used its own advertising platforms to promote its products after some of the company's services were displayed in the first position on the SERP.

At this time, Google owns two of the most popular advertising platforms on the Internet because they allow users to earn money by placing ads on their websites or to advertise directly on the search engine result page. Although AdSense is used by millions of users from every corner of the world, it is very difficult to manage an account because Google currently imposes numerous terms of service. Once in a while, the search giant publishes new blog posts to inform users about the facilities provided by the advertising platform.

If you want to register for a new AdSense account, you should check out on this page. If you are already registered for the service provided by Google but you want to avoid getting your account banned, you should read the terms of service released by the company using this link.
