Special Forces (specialforces.com), a website known as being the headquarters for Special Forces gear, was breached by a hacker known as Abhaxas, CyberWarNews reports.

Judging by the dumped information, around 18,000 names, email addresses, usernames, passwords and even agency names were leaked, some of which belonging to members of the Police, Air Forces and the US Coast Guard.

We’re dealing with another situation, in whichn a website offering its services to the US government is filled with security holes which hackers can take advantage of.

The website didn’t display any alerts to warn their customers on the incident so I made them aware of the situation in case they didn’t know. Hopefully, they’ll patch up the flaws and advise their customers to immediately change their passwords to prevent any unfortunate situations.

Update. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has been notified on the matter and an investigation is ongoing.
