Like all the other companies that make self-modeled NVIDIA cards, Sparkle is eagerly exploiting the Fermi cards, its latest move being the creation of a new GTX 460 graphics controller.

While the GeForce GTX 580 and GTX 570 have already come out for the high-end market, the GTX 560 has yet to make its official appearance.

As such, the performance-grade NVIDIA card, or the one aimed at the higher level of the mainstream, remains the GeForce GTX 460.

That said, all of NVIDIA's partners have at least one such board on the market, with or without factory-overclocked GPU, shaders and memory.

Sparkle is, needless to say, one of those companies, and it seems to have created a new model, one dubbed GeForce GTX 460 Sabrina Edition.

The newcomer has the graphics processing unit working at 650 MHz, while the shaders and memory (1 GB GDDR5) operate at 1,300 MHz and 3,400 MHz, respectively.

Other specifications include a memory interface of 256 bits, two dual-link DVI ports, a mini HDMI video output and support for DirectX 11, CUDA, PhysX and 3D Vision Surround, among other things.

“Christmas is coming, a lot of people will buy their holiday gifts for relatives and friends with their blessing,” says the official press release.

“For many people, will stay at home and watch a cozy movie with his family in Christmas eve to enjoy a memorable holiday.”

“Of course, a high-definition graphics card is naturally essential for watching movies at home. Available on this Christmas season, the SPARKLE GeForce GTX 460 Sabrina Edition are essential for the ultimate Blu-ray movie experience on a Desktop PC or notebook computer,” the announcement went on to saying.

Unfortunately, Sparkle's announcement did not include actual pricing details of the Sparkle Sabrina Edition.

One can, of course, assume that the product will sell for under $200, though different online stores will have different listings.
