South Park: Beer, Rednecks and a World of Warcraft Doomsday Plan

It was just a matter of time before South Park had a go-round with World of Warcraft, and this time, with Blizzard's blessing none the less. The last game feature was targeting the PSP, but now Cartman, Kyle, Kenny and Stan get the World of Warcraft treatment. Worldofwarcraft.com revealed that the first episode in the upcoming South Park Season 10 is going to feature a lot of tie-ins to the nine million subscriber franchise. As a regular fan of both creations, I can only join in with the hype, in expectation of a really good laugh. In fact, they already released a teaser, showing off some really nice machinima as there still are enough ways to kill Kenny even in the virtual world of Azeroth. It's still anybody's guess if the MMO factor is going to receive some mature contemplation, yet South Park creators are sure to use their sharp wit for more cynical and uncanny adventures. Suggestively entitled "Make Love, Not Warcraft", keep your eyes peeled for the episode, this Wednesday at 10:00 PM eastern/Pacific Time, airing on Comedy Central.
