14 DAY TRIAL // Sophos has released a new version of its Mobile Security software that’s designed to protect Android devices. We advise Android users to give this free app a try, especially now that it has been improved with some great features.
The updated variant comes with a number of additional features compared to the old version, including a scan scheduler.
The most interesting feature, however, is the one that allows users to set a certain contact who can send commands to the phone in case it gets stolen or lost. This contact can activate a loud ringtone, leave a message to the one who finds it (or steals it), and even remotely wipe all the data stored on it.
