Sony’s flagship smartphone, the Xperia Z2 has yet to make its debut in many important markets, but fans of the handset maker in Indonesia won’t have to wait too long in order to grab it from shelves.

According to XperiaBlog, the high-end smartphone is already available for pre-order in Indonesia for around 8,499,000 IDR outright, which is about $740 or €530.

Customers who pre-order the Xperia Z2 will also be offered some goodies, such as discounts on various accessories or even cashback on the purchase.

Sony usually tries to boost the sales of its flagship smartphones by offering customers free stuff worth quite a lot. For example, the Xperia Z2 comes in Indonesia with a 1,000,000 ($87 / €63) cashback offering that can be obtained after purchase.

This promotional offer is only available to those who purchase the Xperia Z2 through major carrier Indosat by May 12. This means there’s a high chance that the smartphone will go on sale early next week.

Aside from the cashback offering, Sony also offers some free accessories for each Xperia Z2 purchase, including a digital noise-cancelling headset, a magnetic charging dock and an SD card.

Customers who pre-order the Xperia Z2 until May 12 will also receive a 50% discount on the Sony SmartBand accessory. But that is not all.

Sony Xperia Z2 comes with lots of free software, including games, apps and movies, which is worth no less than 8,499,000 IDR ($740 / €530), which is the exact value of the smartphone. On a side note, those who purchase the phone will also get Michael Jackson’s exclusive XSCAPE album.

If that did not convince you to order one, then you should know that Xperia Z2 comes with Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system out of the box.

The phone is packed with a powerful 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, an Adreno 330 graphics processing unit and no less than 3GB of RAM.

The Xperia Z2 is IP58 certified, thus it features dust and water protection. The flagship smartphone boasts a stunning 5.2-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display with TRILUMINOUS and X-Reality Engine technologies, as well as scratch-resistant glass.

Another strong point of the smartphone would be the impressive 20.7-megapixel camera on the back, which features autofocus, LED flash and 4K video recording.

The device packs 16GB of internal memory, microSD card slot (up to 128GB) and a secondary 2.2-megapixel front-facing camera. Do you plan to pre-order the Xperia Z2?
