14 DAY TRIAL // Not so long ago Sony pushed the official Android 4.3 update for its Xperia Tablet Z and even if this wasn’t KitKat a lot of users were glad to be getting it.
But as it turns out with some updates, after performing the installation of the new build, a lot of owners were faced with a major issue – screen flickering.
There’s a huge thread detailing this issue on the Sony Xperia Forums which is growing by the day, but Sony has failed to issue an answer, even if users are demanding a fix/update.
“I ‘m having the same issue. I have completed full factory reset, uninstalled and reinstalled all applications, downgraded applications, still flickers. I can not believe how long people are waiting for a fix on this,” says user PKcool.
French users Cdavid13 says he has talked to Sony on the phone and they directed him towards downloading a software of the Sony Mobile page to correct the flashing. He doesn’t come back to say if the fix worked. Are you having the same issues?
Judging by how wide-spread the problem seems to be, Sony should hurry up and provide an official answer.
