With only a day left until the CP+ Camera & Photo Imaging Show opens its doors in Yokohama, Japan, Sony decided to reveal its latest digital camera models for both mirrorless and compact camera segments.

While previously we talked about the newest addition to Sony's interchangeable lens camera lineup (a6000), now it's time to take a look at the latest superzoom bridge cameras revealed by the PlayStation maker.

One of the most interesting new Cyber-shot bridge cameras announced is the DSC-H400, which features a 63x optical zoom lens that boasts a 35mm equivalent focal length of 24.5-1550mm and a maximum aperture of f/3.4-6.5. The camera has a DLSR-like body design, packs a 20.1MP CCD sensor, and is capable of recording 720p HD video footage.

If a 63x optical zoom lens is too much for you, Sony also introduced the DSC-H300 model, which comes with the same 20.1MP CCD sensor and similar features as the DSC-H400, but packs a smaller 35x optical zoom lens with a 35mm equivalent focal length of 25-875mm.

Finally, the Nippon electronics maker revealed a new top-of-the-line superzoom bridge camera, the Cyber-shot HX400V, which comes equipped with a 20.4MP back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS sensor and BIONZ X image processing engine capable of capturing 1080p Full HD video footage at 50 frames per second.

The camera also features a 50x optical zoom ZEISS Vario-Sonnar T* lens that has a 35mm equivalent focal length of 24-1200mm and a maximum aperture of f/2.8-6.3. Sony HX400V also integrates Wi-Fi with NFC support that allows you to easily transfer images to your smartphone or tablet as well as control the camera wirelessly via compatible smart devices.

Sony HX400V and H400 will be available starting March at a price of $500 / €367 and $320 / €235, respectively. On the other hand, Sony H300 will hit market shelves later this month at a suggested retail price of $220 / €161.
