If you’re a Sony A7 enthusiast, no matter if we’re talking about the A7, A7R, or A7S, you should be interested to know that the photo gear company will be financing a workshop scheduled for August 28 in New York, curated by Pulitzer Prize winner Brian Smith.

Throughout three days Sony and partners will be showcasing the amazing capabilities of the cameras via seminars, technology Q&A, followed by hands-on demonstrations, photo walks, raffles, and exclusive after hours in the B&H store.

The workshop is dedicated to all those who want to understand more about the field of travel photography.

Brian Smith will help those attending the conference understand how to capture a sense of place and visual moments. The social component will also be tackled, because it’s part of a photographer’s job to know to talk to locals and people who will end up being part of his/her work.

Smith will also offer hints into how to make the process of editing images as easy as possible. So, if any of these topics sound good to you and you want to learn about how to take your travel photography to the next level, you can go ahead and register for a spot on the official BHPhoto website.
