After the amazing success of the A7 and A7R full frame mirrorless cameras, Sony is preparing to launch in the first months of next year two more A-mount digital SLRs as well as a new NEX mirrorless camera model.

According to SonyAlphaRumors, Sony is also preparing a new 24-105mm f/4 lens to be released sometime at the end of 2014 bundled with a new A-mount DSLR.

It will be an interesting addition to Sony's lens lineup since it will meet a strong competition from Sigma's own 24-105mm f/4 lens, which is also available for A-mount digital cameras.

The Sigma 24-105mm f/4 lens is priced around $900 / €663, which will probably be taken in consideration by the Nippon manufacturer at the time of release.

Sony also has a new E-mount lens planned for 2014, the Sony FE 70-200mm F/4 G OSS, which will hit store shelves on April 23, 2014 at a price around $1,500 or €1,100, respectively.
