EA has released some new upgrades for their latest racing game, NFS Carbon. The sun is shining on racing fans' street as they are able to upgrade their NFS Carbon version.

The first upgrade is meant for the stock version, as it can be upgraded to the Collector's Edition for just 800 Xbox points. This 800 points' worth content includes 6 new challenge missions, 12 new tracks and 10 additional cars.

EA has also released a few other packs, for example the Drivetrain bundle, Performance Engine bundle and the Performance Handling Bundle. The least developed bundle-Drivetrain, if you can call it that, gives you access to all Street Pro Packages for engine and transmission upgrades in the game. Performance Engine will unlock all the Street, Pro and Race Packages for turbo and nitrous upgrades. The most developed bundle, namely Performance Handling, allows immediate access to all Street and Pro packages for suspension parts, tires and brake components.

But the grandfather of all bundles is the Ultimate Performance bundle which unlocks absolutely every performance package in NFSCarbon. This bundle will also be valued at some 800 points. But after giving up the 800 points, you will enjoy every perk from all the other bundles.

Also, some new cars are available for download. If you are a fan of the 1999 Nissan Skyline GT-R R34, the 2004 Lamborghini Murcielago or the 2006 Dodge Viper SRT-10, you must download them. Each car will set you back 80 points.
