The terrifying moment when two planes have collided in mid-air has been caught on camera via the helmet of a skydiver.

Both planes were transporting divers prepared to leap, and all survived the crash. NBC News reports that the divers were prepared to jump when the planes crashed in Wisconsin on Saturday.

Eleven skydivers were on the two aircrafts and they were preparing for the last jump of the day, at sunset.

As divers in one plane are preparing to jump at 12,000 feet (3,650 meters), they see a fireball as the second plane erupts into flames and collides with theirs. They are forced to jump out, as the burning parts of the second plane crash alongside them.

Reports show that the Cessna has lost its wing. The pilot jumped out and deployed his safety chute.

The pilot of the other plane was able to land safely at Richard I. Bong Airport in Douglas County.
