As Utah authorities are investigating Kody Brown and his three wives, all stars on the TLC-made “Sister Wives” reality show, he went out and secretly married a fourth, it has emerged.

The Browns have seen quite a fair share of controversy since the first episode of the show aired and got record ratings, which prompted authorities to launch an investigation on felony bigamy.

So far, no charges have been pressed against them, but chances of that happening are still pretty high, reports in the media suggest.

PopEater has learned that the Browns are doing their best to continue with their life as before.

Speaking of “before,” Mr. Brown secretly tying the knot with his fiancé, who thus became his fourth wife, in a private ceremony.

Official confirmation of the wedding has yet to arrive from the couple, but several media outlets are saying the two are husband and wife, and that fans may also see footage from the reception in a later episode.

“TLC, the network behind ‘Sister Wives,’ the reality series about Brown and his polygamist household, has confirmed the marriage report, according to E! Online,” PopEater says.

“Robyn Sullivan, a single mom of three who’s depicted on the series as a fiancée getting to know the family, reportedly tied the knot with Brown in May,” the same e-zine notes.

“Yesterday, the two were spotted by Radar shopping for jewelry and perfume at a mall, where ‘they were greeted like rock stars’,” PopEater writes.

Though TLC cameras were not allowed at the ceremony, reports in the media say that the network made sure it had exclusive coverage of the wedding reception.

This footage will air sometime later in the show, while some pre-wedding drama will be included in the upcoming episode, it is being said.

“The network doesn’t plan to air footage of the private ceremony, but in the season finale episode, viewers will get to see the wedding reception,” PopEater says.

“Brown, an avowed fundamentalist Mormon, was raising 13 children with three wives in one household at the time of the latest wedding,” notes the same e-zine.
