14 DAY TRIAL // Simon Cowell is really set on making the second season of X Factor USA the biggest thing in unscripted programming, which will blow all competition out of the water: he’s just tapped Justin Bieber for a mentoring position.
With Britney Spears and Demi Lovato acting as new judges on the panel, next to L.A. Reid and Cowell himself, interest in the new show is already peaking.
This is just the beginning, TMZ has learned: The Biebs himself will act as mentor on one of the shows, for L.A. Reid’s team.
“Bieber agreed to help out L.A.'s squad and yesterday, Justin went to a home in the Hollywood Hills to dish out some quality advice to the contestants,” the celebrity e-zine reports.
A grainy pic shows Bieber and his large entourage arriving on the premises. As expected, cameras are swarming around him.
“It's unclear which celebrities have been tapped to help out the other judges – but good luck doing better than Bieber,” TMZ goes on to say. Indeed, truer words have never been spoken.
