Exercise the loudest drumming in almost total silence

Now, you don't necessarily have to be a drummer to realize that drummers are among those musicians deprived of most possibilities to rehearse: their gear is big, if not even huge in some cases, it takes a lot of time to set up and to tear down the drum set, it needs a lot of hands or a big van to carry [admark=1]the drums around and most important, DRUMS ARE LOUD!

I've been playing in a band since I was in junior high and we thought more than just once to buy a drum-machine or a drum pad set, even if we believed they were degrading for a future rockstar like we all thought we were. Now, after all these years, things are a bit different. Especially with a very serious gear like the Yamaha Drum Pads.

It's time to showcase the new kid of the block, the newest member of the Yamaha DrumPad family, the YDD-60. It comes with no less than 8 pads whose sound you can customize and personalize by the ability to assign 230 voices on pads (even setting up the same sound on every pad...that's a really sick one!). You can exercise with metronome click or let your imagination free and wild...

The YDD-60 can be played with or without sticks so fear not of breaking them while drumming as loud as possible. Speaking of loud, the YDD-60 comes with a headphone jack which will allow you to wake up and drum while your girlfriend is continuing to sleep; your head will blast in furious deathmetal drumming while she'll be dreaming pink stuff.

This nifty silent-drumming kit comes at a most affordable price of $200. Well, thinking of starting up an apartment-band, eh?
