Cleverly designed with "stealth drive and ports" the XPC M 1000 adds a simple note of elegance to any room. The unit is powerful too, offering a host of new features such as: HDTV, time shifting, and real time or scheduled recording, high definition 7.1 channel audio, FM radio with pause and replay capabilities, and powerful 3D graphics processing power from NVIDIA.
The XPC M 1000 uses the Windows XP Media Center 2005 Edition operating system that makes it easy to enjoy any format of TV, video, music, or digital images.
Media storage on the XPC M 1000 is performed by an ample 250GB internal SATA hard disk drive. Additional storage space can be added via a 2.5" USB removable drive bay, 8-in-1 multimedia card reader or dual format DVD writer all easily accessible from the front of the device.
The XPC M 1000 is powered by Intel Pentium M processors which ensure the system's decreased power consumption, low heat generation and noise level rates.
Limited quantities of the Shuttle XPC M 1000 Media Center are already available.
