Former soldier receives three years in prison

This is pretty shocking news but I think the aggressor received what he deserved: three years in prison after he was filmed urinating on a woman. It all started when Miss Lakinki, a 50-year-old woman, was going homebut because she felt sick she almost hit a door. Anthony Anderson, 27-year-old and according to BBC News, a former soldier, who was drunk and drugged, saw her and started making fun of her. Although a crowd was watching the entire "show" nobody tried to stop the aggressor according to the same source. After the man urinated on the woman, he also tried to cover her with shaving foam while screaming "this is YouTube material!", BBC News adds. Obviously, one man from the crowd recorded the entire event with the mobile phone.

The sad thing is that the woman died apparently of pancreatic failure but there is no doubt that Anderson's actions contributed to her death. Judge Peter Fox decided that the man must spend his next three years in prison because the case is pretty shocking as Anderson shows an incredible violence and might represent a danger for anyone.

"You violated this woman in an incredible way, and the shocking nature of your acts over a prolonged period of time must mean that a prison sentence of greater length is appropriate in this case," the judge stated for BBC News.

Miss Lakinki's family was outraged by Anderson's actions but they also stated that it's pretty shocking that nobody from the watching crowd tried to stop the aggressor.

"The fact that Christine was dying makes this man's actions even more sick and inhumane. However, those who stood by and did nothing to stop Anderson are also guilty in our eyes. It beggars belief that these people chose not only to condone his cruelty, but also to walk away from a neighbour who was clearly in distress and needed help," the family stated for the same source mentioned above.
