Sharon Osbourne has returned to the X Factor, albeit not a judge but as a mentor this time. Photos of her with friend Louis Walsh show that Sharon’s face has become excessively plump and rigid in recent months.

This can’t but be the tell-tale sign of too many cosmetic interventions, either surgery or fillers / Botox, the Daily Mail believes.

Sharon, who was once named the best example of “perfect plastic surgery” in a celebrity, seems to have allowed herself to be carried away – and is barely recognizable these days.

“The outspoken Sharon Osbourne will make her comeback [on X Factor] this weekend – and it seems that she may have undergone a slight facial rejuvenation for her close-up,” the Mail writes.

“The 57-year-old’s face looked suspiciously plump and her facial expressions noticeably rigid as she joined show judge and close friend Louis Walsh to help him pick his finalists for the ITV talent show,” the same publication says.

Promo pics of Sharon and Louis mentoring contestants on the show seem, indeed, to confirm the theory that there is something wrong with her face, which appears to be pulled at from every direction and very tight.

As the Mail also notes, Sharon has been very open about the kind of work she had done on her body in order to look this good.

After losing a lot of weight thanks to gastric bypass surgery, the star was left with lots of saggy skin; therefore, surgery was the only option.

“So much needed doing that it couldn’t have been done in one operation,” she said in an older interview. A facelift was the first on the list.

“I had liposuction on my neck and had it lifted, too. I had my breasts lifted, my arms lipo-ed and my tummy tucked. I had my bum lifted and implants inserted,” Sharon added.

“And I had my legs lifted. The total cost was £120,000 and it was worth every last penny. I love cosmetic surgery,” she also said.

However, more recently, Sharon has said that she was done with plastic surgery because she was starting to lose a sense of who she really was.

The decision, she said, had come after the realization that she was “disrespecting” her body, which translated into a ban on plastic surgery.

The Mail contacted Mrs. Osbourne’s publicist, who denied she had anything done to her face recently.
