It turns out there is something you can do to up the average wheel's efficiency: turn it into a cube.
4Sphere's Shark Wheel is a cube-shaped wheel (yes, I know it sounds like nonsense but this really is the best way to describe it) specially designed for skateboards.
Apparently, cube-shaped wheels make your ride both faster and smoother. Not to mention the fact that they make it easier for you to navigate rough terrain.
The company hopes it won't be long before it starts mass-producing these odd wheels, and that skateboarders won't take long to realize they truly are a must-have.
