Try as he might, Justin Bieber could not keep Selena Gomez, the alleged love of his life, out of his numerous and entangled legal battles. The “Come and Get It” singer will be forced to testify in court in the case of the 2012 assault case in which Justin was accused of attacking a photographer.

During a videotaped deposition, the entire world witnessed Justin flying off the handle, when the photographer's attorney tried to question him about his relation to Selena Gomez. The young singer kept repeating “don't ask me about her again” and eventually stormed out of the room.

E! Online has the photos of the exact moment when Selena was served the legal papers which would force her to testify what happened on that day when paparazzo Osmin Hernandez Duran was allegedly kicked and punched.

Selena is being asked to testify, because she was involved with Bieber back in May 2012, when the attack took place, so the attorneys are curious to see what she says and if her story matches with that of the accused. More than likely, they're hoping that she'd reveal some details that would help them prove Justin was indeed behind the attack.

The court papers indicate that Selena has to give a deposition under oath and tell her story as to what happened. The suit filed by one Jose Osmin Hernandes Duran alleges that Justin was having trouble maneuvering his Mercedes Sprinter van out of the parking space and he shouted at the paparazzi to get out of the way.

“A few seconds later,” he apparently jumped out of the car, ran towards the plaintiff and “delivered a martial-arts type kick” to his lower left rib cage. He was then punched on the side of his face, while Selena was screaming from the car, “Justin, stop! They're taking your picture.”

Through all of this, the victim claims that he said to Justin, “You don't have to do this,” while he held his hand in a “submissive gesture.” At the time, the incident was investigated by the L.A. County D.A. Office, but it was ultimately decided not to press charges against the pop singer.

From the looks of things, being around Bieber is a real adventure, as just today, one of his bodyguards was slapped with a theft accusation for apparently taking a photographer's camera in an effort to stop him from taking pictures of the singer, while he was at an arcade in Atlanta.
