While Justin Bieber is getting arrested by police in Miami over drag racing and DUI, Selena Gomez is kicking it up a notch at the Sundance Film Festival, where she is currently promoting her newest film, “Rudderless.”

The feisty brunette squashed all reconciliation rumors regarding Justin when she was seen partying all night at an event with an unidentified young man. E! reports that sources present at the event claimed the mysterious date never left her side.

The couple might have been present at the event, but they were said to keep away from the festivities, sitting together in a corner. “The pair hung out in a corner. Selena was in good spirits and was seen dancing to music as he watched her admirably,” the source reported.

This recent development contradicts all the previous rumors that Selena and Justin, formerly the quintessential couple of teen pop, were getting back together.

This rumor was fueled by sightings of the two enjoying some quality time together and even by a picture posted by Justin on Instagram where they were seen embracing.

Justin may have professed his eternal love for Selena in a recent radio interview, but he didn't have any problems spending several tens of thousands of dollars on exotic dancers yesterday in a club in Miami.

Now, Selena looks to have found her happiness in the arms of another and left Justin for good. If you had money down on their reunion, you just lost yourself some. Of course, as it always is with these fickle celebrities, it's not really confirmed until a representative makes an official statement.

And it's been a while since we had any of those either from Justin's side or from Selena's. At the moment, they seem to be happily enjoying living totally separate lives on totally different tracks.
