Arnold Schwarzenegger was confirmed for a cameo in the upcoming “Terminator: Salvation” as early as the beginning of April, but it seems that movie producers were keeping one big secret from fans, namely that he will be shown as all Ts that travel through time, namely, without clothes. Main star Christian Bale has already confirmed the report to several media outlets, according to SocialiteLife.

Apparently, the Governor will be shown like all machines traveling in time, for which procedure clothes are seen as unnecessary baggage. However, according to reports, producers had to resort to a trick to present him that way, by taking a picture of Schwarzenegger of when he was younger and altering it to make it look older. Moreover, although the scene in question is reportedly a confrontation between John Connor (Christian Bale) and T-800 (Schwarzenegger), Bale did not even get to spend a minute with Arnold on set.

“I get a thrill out of seeing the scene where Connor faces off against the original T-800. I didn’t meet [Schwarzenegger] on the set. He didn’t have to expend one second of time.” Bale tells the media about the much-hyped cameo and confrontation. Speaking of confrontations, this particular scene will only last a couple of seconds, so fans hoping to see more of Arnold like mother nature made him might as well think again, because he’s almost instantly blown to smithereens, reports have it.

Christian Bale is not the only “Terminator” cast member to speak of the secrecy surrounding Schwarzenegger’s cameo. Before him, Terry Crews was telling MTV News that his visit to the set was such a big deal that most did not even know it happened. Moreover, to prevent leaks to the media regarding the production, movie producers did not hand out the entire script to all actors, but only the pages they needed to do their part, as was the case with Crews.

“Exactly.” Crews said when asked whether Schwarzengger would make a cameo in “Terminator: Salvation.” “There are a lot of guys in that movie. I mean, ‘Terminator 4’ is very big. That’s it. And so am I. […] I don’t know; I haven’t seen it. They only gave out pages of the script. It was crazy. It was very, very secretive. Believe me – when you see it, that will be the first time I saw it.” Crews further explained.
