“Captain America: The Winter Soldier” will be out in theaters next April and here’s just two of the things that fans can expect from it, courtesy of Scarlett Johansson: “real time” story and a budding romance between the Captain and Black Widow.

In a recent interview to promote Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s “Don Jon,” Scarlett dished some details on the setting of the “Captain America” sequel, and revealed that it would take place 2 years after the events from “The Avengers.”

In this sense, it will be in “real time” because it’s been 2 years since the Avengers first got together on the big screen. She says they’re now “agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. fighting in the streets. We are not superheroes flying side by side.”

As for the romance, which might come as a surprise for fans (I, for one, was rooting for Hawkeye and Black Widow), Scarlett says she’s brought closer to the Cap by “a series of unfortunate events.”

“They share many similarities because they live on the defensive without relying on anyone. Also, the two have been working for the government throughout their professional careers. With their friendship they begin to question what they want and what is their true identity,” she explains, as cited by AceShowbiz.
