Officials believe that they have identified the victims of the deadly plane crash in Santa Monica, California. The results of an investigation are still pending, and the find cannot be confirmed at this point.
Morley Builders CEO Mark Benjamin and his son, Luke, reported being on the plane before the crash landing into a hangar.
Luke was a Senior Project Engineer, possibly working on a project with his dad at the time. The announcement about their presence on the jet has been made by company vicepresident, Charles Muttillo.
The exact number of passengers on the luxury twin-engine Cessna Citation 525A is not known at this point.
However, ABC News writes that the corporate plane can sit up to eight people. Santa Monica Fire Department Capt. John Nevandro has described the crash as “unsurvivable.”
