The holiday season has started in full force via the Black Friday / Cyber Monday weekend, and with all those deals flying around a lot of customers were able to grab their desired tablets of choice.

So Samsung has been sensing there’s some fertile ground for doing business this season, more than it has anticipated in the first place. Therefore, the Korean tech giant announced it was going to increase its tablet shipping estimate covering the Q4 period, from the previous 10 million to 12 million, says SamMobile.

Tablets like Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 and Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition have apparently managed to capture the attention of customers everywhere, and Sammy is cashing up big time. The Korean giant isn't only targeting shoppers looking for premium models, but offers budget devices like the 7-inch Galaxy Tabs, thus covering all consumer bases.

Samsung has previously announced it was planning to focus its efforts on tablets in 2014, but its assault on the market seems to have already begun.
