It seems there is no end to the constant releasing of cellphones by Samsung, one of the leading companies in this field. Z330 is one of the new handsets announced at the 3GSM convention in Barcelona.

The model is a clamshell phone, weighing only 85 grams, with a thickness of 21 mm. Although small, it provides a great amount of storage space via the 140 MB internal memory, which can be expanded even further. Among the endowments which have become standard among the new releases there are a MP3 player and a 1.3 megapixel camera.

The cellphone supports the sending and receiving of e-mails through POP3, SMTP and IMAP4 protocols. Bluetooth is another useful addition for connectivity purposes. The Z330 is tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900 Mhz) and has GPRS and UMTS capabilities, which ensure high data transfer speeds.

The mobile is scheduled for launch in the second quarter of 2006. Samsung has not disclosed information about the price.
