Samsung might be gearing up to release new tablet models for general consumers in Q1 2014, but the tech giant is not disregarding the business sector, especially the one in its home base, Korea.

Fresh information coming to us via BusinessKorea claims that in January, Samsung will be introducing new models of its ATIV Tab line (Windows 8 tablets with 4G capabilities) aimed at enterprise consumers.

According to sources familiar with the matter, Sammy will unleash two types of tablets through SK Telecom and KT Telecom in the first month of the year.

The model to land on SK Telecom will probably be the ATIV Tab 7. The slate is expected to feature an 11-inch screen and draw power from an Intel Core i5 processor. Apart from that, the model will enjoy NFC capabilities and will be compatible with a smart stylus.

The other model, which will probably arrive through KT Telecom is the ATIV Tab 5, a product with similar specifications, but with less internal storage available (64GB SSD compared to 128GB on the Tab 7).

As you can see, the specs are pretty similar to the ATIV Tab 3, Sammy introduced back in September. But the new models will have an extra ace up their sleeves, the SideSync technology which enables users to switch between PC and a Samsung smartphone and the other way around (the devices are connected via a USB cable).
