It accuses it of running inherently wrong advertisements

Even though the two have dropped some of the legal actions against one another, the relationship between Samsung and LG is definitely not cordial.

In fact, Samsung has just sued LG, again, this time over allegedly tarnishing its corporate image.

LG supposedly ran advertisements that wrongfully depicted Samsung's products and/or practices.

The ads in question were part of retaliation for how Samsung, last year, contradicted LG's claim that an LG refrigerator had the world's largest capacity.

Besides running online ads against Samsung, LG also sued the company for 10 billion won compensation (9.04 million dollars).

There is no way to know, yet, how this latest head-on collision will conclude. Chances are that the two will settle out of court before things get too hairy, but the opposite is possible as well.
