It might not yet be available worldwide, if it ever will be, but the newest all-in-one computer that Samsung has been working on is about to start selling, complete with its 3D support and everything.

When it comes to all-in-one systems, one can easily guess that the price will not exactly be accessible to most, and will definitely be larger than that of a regular desktop with similar capabilities.

On the other hand, they are very compact, since they pack all hardware in the same frame as the monitor, so to speak.

Either way, it would appear that Samsung has just completed its most recent AiO system, one that goes by the name of Smart One AF315.

The screen size of 23 inches and the display's support of Full HD image quality (1,920 x 1,080 pixels resolution) are not what distinguish this system from all the rest.

Also, neither is the second generation Intel Core series central processing unit (a Core i5 CPU, to be more precise).

After all, this much is turning into a sort of norm for pretty much every new computer that shows up nowadays, unless an AMD platform is used, although the display quality remains.

That said, what does stand out is the fact that the screen has support for 3D, meaning that the refresh rate is of at least 120 Hz.

Meanwhile, storage space is provided by a hard disk drive of 1 TB and with a platter rotary speed of 7,200 RPM.

Additionally, Samsung threw in a Blu-ray drive and 4 GB of RAM (random access memory), plus the full range of connectivity and I/O (webcam, USB 3.0, SRS Sound, Ethernet etc). Finally, the Smart One AF315 boasts a button that switches between 2D and 3D and a TV Tuner.

Set to show up in stores within a day or so, the newcomer, along with 3D glasses, a mouse and a keyboard, will cost about $2,000, which is 2,190,000 won in South Korean terms.
