Among the most evolved performances from a mobile phone

Samsung has announced to release their SCH-B750 phone model in Korea. What makes this handset special is that it provides User Created Content (UCC) to its owner, one feature highly popular among mobile phone users.

The UCC enables people to update their blogs with text, image and video content. Moreover, it also makes it possible for people to upload their videos on web sites such as YouTube without having to previously edit them. In fact, LG has recently signed a deal with YouTube in order to produce UCC mobile phones and make it easier for people to benefit from these performances. It was only natural that Samsung would find a way to compete with that.

Samsung SCH-B750 comes with only 16 mm in thickness and DMB TV capabilities and TV out. With the two combined, the phone's sizes seem even smaller as more information is provided. One considerable advantage is that the clamshell comes packed with 8GB of integrated memory. That is the size of the iPhone, only with several more evolved performances.

The flip-and-twist LCD makes Samsung SCH-B750 into a camcorder with options for night and panorama recording. There is also a built-in audio and video player which will render the media files at high quality.

The 3 megapixel camera surpasses that of the iPhone, although this clamshell lacks a touchscreen display, the thing which set Apple's phone ahead of others. Still, it proves to bring most of the other evolved performances at even higher levels than before, which might make it a great choice, especially as the iPhone won't be available until next year in Asia.

Samsung SCH-B750 will be available for the Korean market, with no word on a possible global launch. The price that it will come at has not been specified yet, but it will surely match its high performances.
