We have already reported on some of these devices, but now we have another confirmation on Samsung’s plans for the first half of 2013.

The guys over at TechnoBuffalo got their hands on a product portfolio that mentions some of the Android devices that Samsung wants to launch in the coming months.

Most of these devices are expected to be officially announced next month at Mobile World Congress 2013 in Barcelona, Spain.

However, given the fact that some of the enlisted smartphones are aimed at a budget-friendly market, it’s likely that will we see some official announcements ahead of MWC 2013.

Top of the list on Samsung’s roadmap for H1 2013 is the recently leaked Galaxy Note 8.0 tablet. The slate has been confirmed to be officially unveiled next month at MWC 2013, so we only have one more month until its release.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 will ship in March with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean onboard. The slate packs an 8-inch Super Clear HD (1280 x 800 pixels) resolution and a powerful 1.6 GHz quad-core processor.

Next in line is the Galaxy Xcover 2 rugged smartphone. This one is expected to go on sale in February and comes with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box and a dual-core processor clocked at 1GHz.

It also sports a 5-megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing camera for video calls, 4GB of internal memory and 4-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display.

Samsung Galaxy Young is a budget-friendly smartphone powered by Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, which is slated for an April release.

The handset is said to pack a 1GHz single-core CPU, 4GB of internal memory, microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB), dual-SIM connectivity, 3-inch WVGA display and 3-megapixel rear photo snapper.

The Galaxy Pocket Plus emerged last year for the first time, but now we know it will hit shelves next month. This one comes with dual-SIM support, 2.8-inch HVGA display, 4GB of storage and 1200 mAh Li-Ion battery.

The device will ship with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean onboard and a low-performance 850MHz single-core processor.

Last but not least, Samsung Ch@t 226 is a feature-phone that targets messaging addicts. The handset was scheduled for Q4 2012, so it might have been silently released in some emerging markets.

The device sports a full QWERTY keyboard, 2.2-inch QVGA display, VGA camera, dedicated messaging button, 1000 mAh Li-Ion battery and FM radio.
