Should reach all market by the end of the month

Last month was one filled to the brim with announcements of new personal computers, a large part of which were mobile, whether netbooks or notebooks. Samsung, of course, was not one to shrink from its duty, so it released a significant number of laptops itself, though some of them were only available in certain regions. Now, the PC maker has decided to expand the reach of its latest Q series by shipping them to other countries besides the UK.

The models that Samsung is sending to other countries are the Q530, Q430 and Q330. They are all meant as relatively powerful mobile computing solutions that also bring the benefit of aesthetic value. Granted, it could be said that all laptops strive to achieve this balance, but these machines at least do have competent insides.

The Q530 is a 15.6-inch mobile computer, has a LED-backlit screen and rests at the top of the price/performance pyramid. An Intel Core i3 or Core i5 CPU can act as its heart, whereas an NVIDIA GeForce GT330M discrete video card, with 1GB of DDR3, provides the necessary graphics capabilities. The laptop also features Bluetooth 3.0, DLNA, a webcam, an optical drive unit, USB and HDMI ports and a card reader. What's more, WiFi connectivity is provided, which even comes with the ad-hoc WiFi connection support, by means of which files can be transferred between two WiFi-enabled devices.

On the other end of the pyramid lies the Q330, a lightweight 13.3-incher that boasts a similar range of CPU options, only it settles for the NVIDIA GeForce 310M GPU, with hybrid graphic. As for the second place, it belongs to the Q430, essentially a Q530 only with a display of 14 inches. All will start shipping before the month is out, but final prices are still unknown at this time.
