The patent war between Samsung and Apple is the stuff of legends on the international technology industry, and it doesn't seem to be winding down at all.

In fact, Apple has just scored another big victory: the International Trade Commissioned has banned all imports and sales of a bunch of Samsung devices in the USA.

The list includes Galaxy Tab, and Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets, and smartphones like Galaxy S 4G, Fascinate, Captivate.

All of them, apparently, infringe on two Apple patents that relate to scrolling and audio input/output when the headset is plugged: Patent No. 7,479,949 (’949) and Patent No. 7,912,501 (’501).

Samsung will try to overturn this decision, or work around it somehow to ensure its products still sell in the US, but it will take effort, if the endeavor succeeds at all.
