It won't come out before next year or the next, but come out it will

Samsung has many cameras up for sale, but most of its NX-Series mirrorless cameras launched in the past few years have used the same 20.3 megapixel sensor. This may change at last though.

If the latest Samsung Analyst Day presentation (PDF) is to be believed, a new APS-C sensor will be made and released in either 2014 or 2015.

This is actually pretty understandable, since even high-end cameras have trouble keeping up with the latest advancements in image quality and rendering.

Soon enough, 4K support will have to be a standard fixture of photo and video capture devices.

Memory cards actually determine the recording ability, but the quality still falls to the sensor and lenses, so Samsung actually needs a new sensor, it's not just a commodity anymore.

Alas, we don't really know anything about the capabilities of the upcoming camera component.
