Are you the owner of a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 or a Note Edge smartphone? If that’s the case, you’ll be happy to hear that Samsung is about to make your S Pen experience a little bit sweeter.

The Korean tech giant took to Twitter to announce that it will be rolling out a new feat which has been dubbed Penvatars.

Penvatars will bring a smile to your face

These are small avatars that can take several forms which will take the place of your S Pen’s pointer whenever you hoover the stylus above the smartphones’ display.

To bring you a diversity of pen pointers, Samsung has teamed up with good old Marvel for the first set of Penvatars. So expect to find the heads of Iron Man, Captain America, Thor and the Incredible Hulk offered as options within the app.

The Tweet doesn’t mention when Samsung will be making the new feature available for download. In any case, Penvatars will only be available for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Note Edge for the time being.

However, later on Sammy might want to add compatibility to other popular S-Pen enabled devices like the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) or the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2.

Samsung is also prepping Theme Center

This year Samsung seems to be bent towards offering new features. In an earlier piece, we told you that the company is gearing up to add a Themes Center control on its upcoming devices.

The Center will be home to a host of new functionalities including charging system sounds, fonts and Events. So for the first time, users will be given permission to tweak the TouchWiz interface which has been characteristic of Samsung devices ever since forever.

A Themes store will also be offered. The new features will be made available to Sammy’s upcoming devices, but who’s to say the company won’t update (then) older models like the Galaxy Note 4 with the option.
