Samsung's next flagship compact system camera, the NX1 was first spotted at a Samsung presentation in January along with a new entry-level CSC simply named F1.
While at that time no information has been leaked about the possible features of the new Samsung NX1, TheNewCamera has received from a new source a few specs that can give us a few hints on what the South Korean electronics maker is planning to release later this year.
Samsung NX1 is rumored to pack a 28MP APS-C sensor with hybrid AF and UHD 4K video shooting capabilities at 30 and 24 frames per second with a resolution of 3840 x 2160. The camera will also be capable of capturing 1080p Full HD video footage at 60 frames per second.
In addition to that, it seems that Samsung NX1 will have a weather-sealed magnesium alloy body and it's rumored to be revealed in April, most likely around the NAB Show in Las Vegas.
