Samsung is one of the players in the Windows Phone market that did not manage to compete with Nokia at any level. The South Korean company only has a few devices powered by Microsoft platform, which were solid alternatives at the time of their launch.

However, for unknown reasons, Samsung decided to bet everything on Android. This is about to change and we might see a comeback from the handset maker on the Windows Phone market.

We reported last month on the mysterious Samsung SM-W750V, which was briefly spotted at Indian shipping company Zuaba.

Little was known at the that time about the phone's specs, just that it might be powered by Windows Phone and that it will sport a large 5-inch display.

Today, the folks over at SammyToday bring more details on the unannounced Samsung SM-W750V. It looks like the smartphone made an appearance once again, but this time, it was spotted at Bluetooth SIG, which makes us believe that it won't be long until Samsung goes official with the device.

Given the fact that the handset has been listed at Bluetooth SIG, we will surely see the Samsung SM-W750V in the United States, where it will probably be picked up by various carriers that still support Microsoft's Windows Phone platform.

But there's more to it, as the SM-W750V was also seen on Samsung's website and its User Agent Profile brings new details on the specs.

Although not much, we now know that the 5-inch display that was confirmed last month will support full HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) resolution. It will definitely run Windows Phone platform, though we're not sure yet which version (perhaps 8.1?).

That's about all we've been able to learn about the mysterious Samsung SM-W750V, but as we're getting closer to Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2014 trade fair's opening, more details may emerge. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
