You've probably met Samsung's Ultra Edition II lineup of mobile phones before, since the manufacturer has showcased its ultra slim phones both at this year's CES and CeBIT events. The lineup proved Samsung's expertise in producing much slimmer and yet feature-packed handsets and ability to gain an important spot on the mobile phone market.

Now, the Ultra Edtion II phones are also going to include Yahoo! Ready, and the phone company has already announced that the software will at first come pre-loaded on the Ultra Edition 10.9, with the Ultra Edition 9.6 and 5.9 to come with Yahoo's product as well in the near future. Reportedly, users should expect to get enhanced web searching and quick access to several Yahoo services like Yahoo Mail, Messenger, Address Book and Calendar.

Samsung's Ultra Edition II 10.9 has actually been entitled the 'world's slimmest slider phone' and judging by the way things are working out for Samsung, they'll be the only ones that can brake this record in the future. Not only looking good but also quite smart, the handset comes with a 3.2 megapixel camera, a media player with MP3 and several video file format support, 80MB of internal memory and a MicroSD card slot for memory expansion.

Aside from their team up with Yahoo, Samsung seems to be determined to work together with Google as well, in order to offer their customers a better web browsing and mobile experience. In January, this year, the two companies had announced their partnership and the future release of Samsung phones that would come equipped with Google software.

Users that prefer a Yahoo-powered version of Samsung's Ultra Edition II phones should be able to find the 10.9 in shops throughout France very soon, while the 9.6 and 5.9 are scheduled to start shipping during May.
