Samsung India officially announced the Galaxy Ace DUOS, Galaxy Y DUOS and Y Pro DUOS last week, but the smartphones have yet to make their debut on the market.

While Samsung Galaxy Ace DUOS is nowhere to be seen for the moment, the folks at AndroidOS found out that the other two dual-SIM smartphones, Galaxy Y DUOS and Y Pro DUOS are now available for pre-order.

Major retailer Letsbuy is now accepting pre-orders for both smartphones and states that they are due to arrive in stock in the second week of March.

Customers who want to purchase any of the two dual-SIM devices must come up with Rs 10,490 (210 USD or 160 EUR) for the Galaxy Y DUOS or Rs 11,090 (225 USD or 170 EUR) for the Galaxy Y Pro DUOS.

Aside from dual-SIM capability features and design, there are little differences between the two smartphones. Customers who prefer a physical keyboard will likely choose the Galaxy Pro DUOS, which comes with a full portrait QWERTY keyboard.

Those who want a full touch experience will surely go for the Galaxy Y DUOS, as the smartphone sports a decent 3.14-inch capacitive touchscreen that supports 240 x 320 pixels resolution.

The insides of the smartphones are similar. They pack a low-performance 832 MHz single-core processor, 512 MB of ROM, 384 MB of RAM and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB, 2GB memory card included).

Each handset features a 3-megapixel rear photo snapper, but only the Galaxy Y Pro DUOS sports a secondary VGA front-facing camera for video calls.

The smartphones are powered by Google’s Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and Samsung’s TouchWiz user interface on top. Other highlights of the handsets include HSDPA and Wi-Fi support, Bluetooth 3.0, as well as Stereo FM radio with RDS.
