What weren't, until now, known, were the prices. Fortunately, a Dutch online retailer elucidated the enigma.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 has a price of €299, which corresponds to $400 in the US.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 has a price of €379, which would correspond to $500 under normal circumstances.
Fortunately, these aren't normal circumstances, as the retailer is parting with the slate for $440.
The pre-orders have an estimation date of July 11, which means that shipments will start in three weeks or so.
