Aussie readers who also have a thing for Samsung tablets, I have news for you. Optus has just announced it has three new Sammy slates to offer on its network from now on.

The new items are the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 3 8.0.

While the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 (which you can get for AUD$42 / $37 / €28 a month) and the Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 (for AUD$39 / $35 / €26 a month) aren't the latest tablets in the bunch, they are still worthy devices.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is a relatively new addition that has received good new reviews in the press and customers will be able to grab one for AUD$49 / $44 / €32 a month. All three tablets can be paired with Opus’ 4G network.

However, Optus hasn't said anything about bringing Sammy’s latest tablet bunch, the Galaxy NotePRO and TabPRO, any time soon. I guess you'll have to settle for these models for now.
